From humble beginnings, GSD has grown into a significant player in the professional town & regional planning, engineering services, and real estate field. GSD have employed permanent staff members.
Initially focused on professional town & regional planning services, structural and civil engineering, and architectural designs, GSD has successfully diversified its offerings to include construction, civil works, maintenance, development, and property sectors. Today, GSD holds a wide portfolio of services and production activities, with key investments in professional consulting and real estate development and management. A total of 100% of the shares in Global Solution Development are held by individuals from previously disadvantaged communities. This ensures that the company remains firmly in the hands of Previously Disadvantaged Individuals (PDIs), fostering growth and opportunities within these communities.
