Global Solution Development (Pty) Ltd is subsidiary of GSD Holdings Corporation, and a dynamic and multi-faceted organization that began its journey in 2014 as a sole proprietorship and was legally registered in 2016. From humble beginnings, GSD has grown into a significant player in the Built Environment Services (Professional Town & Regional Planning, Engineering Services, Environmental Management, Land Survey) and real estate field. GSD is managed by professional permanent staff members with vast experience in Governance, Project Management and Built Environment knowledge.

GSD was established by young South Africans who recognized the government’s call for youth-led job creation as a driver of economic growth.
Ownership
A total of 90% of the shares in Global Solution Development are held by GSD Holdings Corporation which is owned by an individual from previously disadvantaged communities. This ensures that the company remains firmly in the hands of Previously Disadvantaged Individuals (PDIs), fostering growth and opportunities within these communities.
